Calvin's 9 month well visit

I'm a little late in posting this, but Calvin had his 9 month well visit appointment last week. He's 16 lbs. 1 oz (3%til) and 28 1/2 inches (51%til).  He didn't gain a lot of weight from his 6 month appointment, but he was battling a stomach bug so he probably lost some weight from that.

We just started giving him some table food this week.  He's had bananas, crackers, peaches, peas, carrots, spaghetti and pears.  He likes to shove all the food in his mouth at once so we have to watch him or give him small amounts on his tray.  He loves to eat!

He can get into a sitting position from his stomach and he's trying to pull himself up.  Last night, he crawled from his bedroom, down the hallway and into the bathroom while I was getting his clothes out for the next day.  He looked at me and laughed.  He thought he was big stuff.  He also just started making "mamama" sounds.  :-)  Daddy tried to get him to say "dadada", but he wasn't having any of that. 

We put him the big bath with Nick this week because he was flooding the bathroom with his splashing in the baby tub.  He was very curious about the big bath.  Nick wanted to "help" by pouring water on his back.  Cuties.  :-)
